Walt Hogan has been certified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the Professional Certified Coach level (PCC). The ICF is the a international coaching certification organization. As the leading global coaching organization, the ICF is working toward this goal by setting high standards, providing independent certification, and building a worldwide network of credentialed coaches.

Walt Hogan has been certified in the DiSC instrument . The DiSC instrument assist individuals and teams with understanding behavioral styles and how the behavioral styles effect communication, teamwork and leadership.
