Walt Hogan has been certified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the Professional Certified Coach level (PCC). The ICF is the a international coaching certification organization. Founded in 1995, the ICF's core purpose is to advance the art, science, and practice of professional coaching. As the leading global coaching organization, the ICF is working toward this goal by setting high standards, providing independent certification, and building a worldwide network of credentialed coaches.

Walt Hogan has been certified in the DiSC instrument . The DiSC instrument assist individuals and teams with understanding behavioral styles and how the behavioral styles effect communication, teamwork and leadership.

Walt Hogan is Certified in the Leadership Circle 360.
